A dog on his way to a veterinary appointment.

At MarketPlace Veterinary Hospital, we want to help all our furry patients stay healthy and happy for their lifetimes. Our world has changed, and that change has affected most aspects of our daily lives, including our schedules. Veterinarians across the country are experiencing increased appointment requests, which makes it more difficult to get an appointment when you need one.

We know that sometimes you get in a hurry, or your plans change, and you forget to cancel your veterinary appointment. All of our pet patients would like to remind you that maybe they could use that unclaimed appointment, which is why it is so important to let us know if you cannot make it to a scheduled appointment time.

We’re Happy to Reschedule An Appointment for You and Your Pet

When you know you can’t make it for a scheduled appointment, please call us right away. It’s easy to reach us at 916-939-1705.

Fluffy and Fido, you know, your neighbors down the street, are eager to get into the clinic for their annual wellness checkups. And that adorable new puppy that just moved in across the street needs deworming before it gets sick from infection. Your open appointment time will not go to waste!

Please Be Courteous And Give Us 24-Hours Notice

Since it is more difficult than usual to schedule a veterinary appointment, we understand that a lot of pet parents are grabbing any appointment they can get and choosing an earlier one if they can find it. We want you and your furry friend to get the veterinary care you need when you need it, and we understand you want to opt for an earlier appointment. If you have already made one with us, we just ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel. This way, we are able to offer that appointment slot to another anxious patient.

Our MarketPlace Veterinary Hospital staff and veterinarians want to thank you for working with us to accommodate our many pet patients. We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness and your patience, and are doing everything we can to offer quality veterinary care.
